We only offer refunds or replacements in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@cinovaren.shop, providing clear photos of the item and packaging as evidence of the issue.

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

· Wrong size chosen by the customer

· Change of mind after the order is placed

· Incorrect address provided at checkout

· All refund requests will be reviewed by our team. If approved, refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at checkout.
